• For critical documents, we recommend having translations reviewed by a professional translator.
• We reserve the right to refuse to translate content that violates our policies or terms of service.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice.
• Free tier users are subject to usage limits which may be modified at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of Batch Translate or its licensors. You retain ownership of your original content, but we may use anonymized translation data to improve our service.

• You retain ownership of any content you submit for translation.
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content for translation purposes.
